4th  Annual General Meeting

 Coco Jam conference room in Frangipani Resort & Spa, Jalan Pantai Tengah, 07000 Langkawi

to transact the following businesses:

1.  Opening Address – Attendance and approval of quorum

2.  Adoption of the Agenda for the 4th AGM of MNS Langkawi

3.  Presentation and confirmation of the 3rd Annual General Meeting Minutes

4.  Consideration of matters arising from the 3rd Annual General Meeting Minutes

5.  Chairmen’s Report – Read and approve Branch Report for 2011/2012

6.  Treasurer’s Report

7.  Consideration and adoption of the Financial Statement for 2011- 2012
(Financial year ends 31.May 2012)

8.  Any other matters that was brought to the attention of the Hon. Secretary
of MNS Langkawi in writing until the 25. May 2012.

9.  Dissolving the acting Committee

10.  Election of Office Bearers for 2012/2013

11.  Appointment of Auditor

12.  Adjournment
